To fit the "AJAX" Colt clone grips: # 01-IP :#00& #02
FITTING TO THE AWA GUNS.
AMERICAN WESTERN ARMS.
1: BE SURE THE
GUN IS UNLOADED
2 : Hold
the new grip onto the receiver as shown in pic #1 , be sure to get it into the
90 degree angle formed
in the receiver.
3 : Flip the gun over and using a number # 29 drill , locate
the grip pin hole . Put the drill in the hole and
turn it so it marks the grip panel.
see pic # 2 , You can then drill the hole. Go about as deep as the drills
diameter.
4 : After drilling the hole , put the grip back against
the receiver and put the grip pin in the receiver hole
and into the grip. The pin will
now help hold the grip in place so you can mark the outline of the receiver
onto the grip. see

5 : Repeat the above for the other grip.
6: You can now remove the excess grip
material . I use a "Drummel" tool . see pic # 4
